RuneWords Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern your access to RuneWords, including gameplay, Game Center features, optional purchases, virtual currency, ads, rewarded offers, and online services connected to the app.

Eligibility and accounts

RuneWords is intended for players age 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not use RuneWords or submit information to support. If you are under the age of majority in your region, use RuneWords only with permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the device, Apple account, Game Center account, and purchase credentials used with RuneWords. Game Center features are optional and are also governed by Apple's terms.

Coins and virtual items

Coins, hints, boosters, streak rewards, and similar in-game items are licensed for use inside RuneWords only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and may be adjusted when needed to keep the game fair, compliant, or working properly.

Purchases and restore

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Consumable coin packs, including The Starter Bundle, are delivered when Apple confirms the transaction and are not restorable. Remove Ads restores through Apple on the same account.

Ads and rewarded offers

RuneWords may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads unless you have Remove Ads or similar ad-free access, or unless ads are hidden for that part of the app. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated in-game reward only after the ad provider reports completion.

Fair play and service changes

You may not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with ads or purchases, attempt to bypass paid features, or use the service in a way that harms other players or the integrity of the game. RuneWords may modify, rebalance, pause, or remove features when needed for safety, legal compliance, stability, or service maintenance.

Apple terms

Your use of RuneWords through the App Store is also governed by Apple's applicable media services terms and the standard licensed application end user agreement for App Store apps.

Support and legal contact

If you need help with a purchase, restore request, Game Center issue, or saved-progress question, use Apple's purchase tools first for billing or refund issues and then contact support@runewords.online for game-specific help. Support can explain game behavior and purchase status, but cannot override Apple billing decisions.
